Preparation is the product
A pool fails when paint goes over algae and chalk. So we take it back to clean concrete first: pressure wash, acid wash, machine scrub, then hand scrub the parts a machine can't reach.

Strip it back
A pressure wash takes off the algae and everything loose, down to a surface that will actually hold paint instead of trapping it over failing material.

Acid wash and scrub
An acid wash opens the concrete, then a machine scrubber works the open areas while the steps, corners, and tight radii get scrubbed by hand. Nothing gets skipped because it is awkward to reach.

Re-caulk and coat
Seams re-caulked where they have failed, then a clean, even, multi-coat application of a pool paint chosen to take sun, chemicals, and a full swim season.

We carry three ECO-CHOICE pool coating binders, supplied by Sausea. Each behaves differently in the elements and comes in its own subset of colors. Choose a binder - and a sheen for Natural Rubber - to see what it offers.
