Epoxy Floor Coatings
Epoxy that starts with the grind
Garage, basement, patio, warehouse. The coating is the easy part. The preparation is what lasts.
The difference
Preparation is the product
Most crews light-grind and pour. The coating fails at the edges first, where they rushed. We grind every inch, by machine and by hand, before a drop of resin goes down.
01
Grind, don't skim
Consistent diamond grinding across the open floor with large machines, then hand-grinding every edge and corner so the profile is even wall to wall. A shot blaster comes out when the slab demands it.
02
Correct the substrate
Cracks chased and filled, joints addressed, low spots brought up. The coating can only ever be as flat as what it sits on, so we make the concrete right first.
03
Build the system
Primer, base, broadcast or pour, then a clear high-build topcoat. The right V8 Floor Coating system for the room, not a one-size kit out of a bucket.
